Sharp stripes of shadow lay on the grass, and the dew dancing on the tips of the flowers and leaves made the garden like a mosaic of single sparks not yet formed into one whole.

Katharina Michalsky as a Berlin-based artist is intertwined in the topic of emotional gardening. With a Master of Fine Arts from UdK Berlin, she is currently working in the fusion of drawing, painting, and spoken word, exhibited in group shows across Athens and Berlin. She has performed spoken words as part of her band Clucide at experimental music venues. Her practice focuses on the interplay between visual and auditory elements with paintings characterized by a restrained yet emotional sense. Delving into themes of transformation, she is creating an open space that is emphasizing each piece as a reflection of ongoing change.
